To purchase tickets for the monastery, there are three options:
1. In person: at the tourist office (ticket sales close 10 minutes before each visit).
2. By phone: make a reservation by calling the tourist office at 988 31 63 03.
3. Online: on the Ribeira Sacra tourism website (clicking on the link below).
According to the Public Ordinance of BOP No. 278 of 12/03/2010, approved by the Municipal Corporation, the fees to be charged for public admission will be as follows:

FREE VISITS
VISITS In accordance with Article 44.2 of the Consolidated Text of the Law regulating Local Treasuries, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 2/2004 of March 5, admission to museums, exhibitions, or artistic and other similar centers or places will be free in the following cases:
- Children under 12 years.
- People with disabilities, according to the definition provided by Article 1.2 of Law 51/2003 of December 2, on equal opportunities, non-discrimination, and universal accessibility for people with disabilities. The person accompanying them may also enter for free if necessary for the visit.
- Legally unemployed persons.
- Family groups consisting of at least one adult and three adolescents (or two if one has a disability), included in the same large family certificate.
- Professionals conducting a study or work on museums, exhibitions, historical or artistic monuments, and other similar centers or places.
- Groups of students on visits organized by their educational institution, accompanied by the responsible professional.
