This is a religious complex consisting of the Hermitage of San Andrés, two soul shrines with preserved niches, and a wooden cross.
The most notable feature is this cross, dating back to 1778, which retains the polychromed wood with which it was made. It depicts the figure of Christ under the watchful gaze of Saint Anthony at his feet, who supports him by the waist. Below Christ’s feet, there is a skull and two crossed bones. On the reverse side, there is the Virgin Mary. Several figures decorate the base: a ladder, nails, and tongs, representing the descent of Christ’s body from the cross.
The cross is protected by a baldachin. On either side of the entrance are the niches that belonged to the soul shrines.
